What is Mediation?

The term “meditation” refers to a variety of practices that focus on mind and body integration and are used to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being.

With Practice, meditating is a great tool for relaxing the mind and switching off from the busy world in which we live in and connect with yourself and nourish your mind, body and soul
