I have trained with Kingstown College and I hold a Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching & Completed and Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, (ICF).
I am qualified to an advanced Level practitioner with Integrated Energy Therapy. I am a Meditation writer and facilitator and I also work with Angel Cards for something a little more light hearted.
